  • Pineapple1 unit(s)
  • Water5 cup
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Pineapple Gelatin2 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, place the chopped pineapple, water, sugar and bring to a boil. 2. When it is boiling, add the gelatins and stir until well dissolved. Turn off the heat and separate the pineapple from the syrup. 3. On a platter, place the chopped pineapple and set aside. 4. In the blender, place the cream, condensed milk and the dissolved gelatin, which is the syrup. Whisk until well blended
  2. When it is well mixed, pour the mixture on top of the pineapple. Place in the fridge until hardened, about 4 hours.
