- sugar (if the pineapple is too acidic, add more sugar)1 cup
- water700 ml
- pineapple gelatin envelopes2 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- sour cream2 can(s)
- Take the pineapple with the sugar and water over high heat until it boils.
- Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Off the heat, add the gelatin and stir until melted.
- Add condensed milk and cream and mix well until incorporated.
- Pour into a transparent refractory and refrigerate overnight or until firm.
