  • pineapple in small cubes1 unit(s)
  • sugar (if the pineapple is too acidic, add more sugar)1 cup
  • water700 ml
  • pineapple gelatin envelopes2 unit(s)
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • sour cream2 can(s)
  1. Take the pineapple with the sugar and water over high heat until it boils.
  2. Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Off the heat, add the gelatin and stir until melted.
  4. Add condensed milk and cream and mix well until incorporated.
  5. Pour into a transparent refractory and refrigerate overnight or until firm.
