  • Pineapple tang juice1 unit(s)
  • Pineapple fruit1/2 unit(s)
  • Pineapple flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Unflavored Gelatin1 unit(s)
  1. In a blender, beat the cream, the condensed milk and the pineapple juice and the colorless gelatin dissolved in water and heated in the microwave, beat it well, add it to a glass dish and place it in the fridge until it reaches consistency.
  2. When the mousse has taken consistency and is quite firm, prepare the pineapple gelatin as instructed on the packaging dissolved with 250ml of hot water and 250ml of cold water
  3. Add this still liquid gelatin on top of the mousse and the chopped pineapple as shown in the image.
  4. Take everything to freeze until it takes firmness and consistency and serves
