PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM - [FATHER ALSO COOKS]

vamos começar colocando nosso abacaxi em uma panela para cozinhar com a açúcar e a agua para fazer o doce de abacaxi em calda

o doce ja esta ponto , escorre a calda do doce mistura a gelatina nessa calda , mistura essa calda com a gelatina no nosso creme ja com o fogo desligado e já frio , se estiver fervendo o creme vai coalhar  

the jam is already ready , drain the syrup mix the gelatine in this syrup , mix this syrup with the gelatine in our cream already with the fire off and already cold , if it is boiling the cream will curdle

em uma travessa você coloca o doce do  abacaxi, por cima coloca o creme

on a platter you put the pineapple jam, put the cream on top

bata as claras com uma xicara de açucar  vai virar uma neve de suspiro  coloca por cima e leva para o forno por 20 minutos vai virar um suspiro

tira do forno deixa esfriar e leva para geladeira
