- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Prepare the pineapple-flavored gelatin as shown on the envelope, set aside. In a pan put the chopped pineapple in cubes, the water and the sugar. Boil for 15 minutes and set aside. In the blender, place the condensed milk, the cream, the pineapple flavored gelatin and beat well, until it is very uniform. Incorporate the cream into the cooked pineapple, mixing well. In a glass refractory, put the ready cream and take it to the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. Remove when serving.
