- liter of milk1 unit(s)
- sour cream1 can(s)
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Pineapple Juice Powder (Tang)1 unit(s)
- neutral alloy (optional)1 tablespoon
- Peel the pineapple and cut it into small cubes;
- Transfer to a pan and place over medium heat;
- NOTE: you don't need to add water, because the pineapple will release its own water.
- Let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the water that has formed dries up;
- Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool well;
- Then transfer the cooked pineapple to the blender, add the other ingredients and beat until very creamy;
- With the help of a funnel, put the liquid in the ice cream bags, tie a knot and take it to freeze.
