- Whole chopped pineapple (without the core)1 unit(s)
- Water700 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- pineapple jello packets (25 g each)2 unit(s)
- In a pan put the chopped pineapple and water;
- Add the sugar, mix well and place over medium heat;
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes;
- Turn off the heat, add the gelatin and stir well;
- Wait 30 minutes until it cools;
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the condensed milk;
- Mix well and add the cream;
- Keep stirring until it gets very homogeneous and creamy;
- Finally, transfer the mixture to the container you want to serve and refrigerate for at least 3 hours;
- Remove from the fridge and serve immediately.
