- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream400 g
- medium pineapple1 unit(s)
- Pineapple flavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- Water500 ml
- Peel and cut the pineapple into cubes
- In a pan, place the cut pineapple and water. When it starts to boil, leave it on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Transfer to a container and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Then add the condensed milk, cream and jellies. Mix well until all the gelatin is dissolved and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- It should refrigerate for 4 hours until firm.
