Corn Starch2 tablespoon
Vanilla Essence1 to taste
Shredded coconut for sprinkling1 to taste

Heat the pineapple and sugar until it cooks well and turns into a candy.
Make the cream by bringing condensed milk, milk, cream, egg yolk, cornstarch and vanilla essence to a boil. Cook until creamy.
Assemble a cream refractory, pineapple jam, cream and finish sprinkling the grated coconut.
Take it to freeze.
