- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Pineapple Jelly1 unit(s)
- Sugar to taste
- Water2 cup
- Chop the pineapple into cubes and add it to a pan with the sugar and water. Let it boil until it gets sweet.
- Turn off the fire.
- Cream: In the pan you made the pineapple jam, add the condensed milk, the cream and the gelatin.
- Mix everything very well and add to a platter.
- Put in the fridge for 3 hours.
- After decorating as you wish and serving.
