Condensed milk395 g
Milk1 cup
Maizena2 tablespoon
Sifted egg yolk2 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Pineapple pieces to taste
Whipped cream to taste

1⁰ layer: In a pan add the chopped pineapple together with the cup of sugar and cook until the pineapple is soft.
2⁰ layer Dissolve the starch in the milk, and bring to a boil together with the condensed milk and the yolks. Mix until it forms a porridge.
3⁰ Layer: Optional I made a small package of whipped cream as per the instructions.
Mounting: In a dish/refractory place the 1⁰ layer that was made with pineapple, then put the 2⁰ layer (the porridge) and finally the whipped cream and decorate with pineapple pieces.
Place in the freezer to harden.
