Leve uma panela ao fogo médio para derreter o açúcar. Quando o açúcar estiver dissolvido adicione o abacaxi picado, mas sem o miolo. Mexa bem e deixe cozinhar bem por aproximadamente 15 minutos. Reserve.

Em seguida, acrescente a outra parte do creme de leite condensado. Com o auxílio de um saco de confeiteiro finalize decorando com o chantilly e no centro decore com o restante do doce de abacaxi.

Leve a geladeira por 4 horas. Depois é só servir.
