Pineapple Cream Pie

Creme de abacaxi:
Em uma panela, coloque o abacaxi e o açúcar. Deixe ferver bem, até cozinhar (cerca de 10/15min), reserve até esfriar.
Junte o creme de leite, o leite condensado e misture bem. Deixe na geladeira por, pelo menos, 2 horas.

Pineapple cream:
In a pan, place the pineapple and sugar. Let it boil well, until it cooks (about 10/15min), set aside until it cools down.
Add the cream, condensed milk and mix well. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Chantininho:
Coloque o preparo de chantilly para bater até dar ponto.
Junte o leite em pó e o leite condensado e misture até ficar homogêneo.

Chantininho:
Put the whipped cream preparation to beat until it comes to a point.
Add the powdered milk and condensed milk and mix until smooth.

Montagem:
Creme de abacaxi, bolacha, creme, bolacha e chantininho.
Leve para geladeira.

Mounting:
Pineapple cream, biscuit, cream, biscuit and chantininho.
Take it to the fridge.

DICA: esse creme serve para rechear bolo também, basta adicionar apenas 1 caixinha de creme de leite a menos, para ficar mais firme.

TIP: this cream is used to fill cake too, just add 1 box of milk cream less, to make it firmer.
