Pineapple caramelized with coconut sugar and chocolate ganache

passar açúcar nos cubos de abacaxi, e espetar os cubos no espero e deixar dourar na fogueira.
A parte colocar o chocolate e o creme de leite em uma panela e derreter, mexer bem até ficar bem homogêneo.
Quando o abacaxi estiver bem caramelizado, só servir com uma boa colherada de ganache por cima do abacaxi

put sugar in the pineapple cubes, and stick the cubes in the oven and let them brown in the fire.
The part put the chocolate and the cream in a pan and melt, stir well until it gets very homogeneous.
When the pineapple is well caramelized, just serve with a good spoonful of ganache on top of the pineapple.
