- semisweet chocolate200 g
- sour cream100 ml
- put sugar in the pineapple cubes, and stick the cubes in the oven and let them brown in the fire. The part put the chocolate and the cream in a pan and melt, stir well until it gets very homogeneous. When the pineapple is well caramelized, just serve with a good spoonful of ganache on top of the pineapple.
