- Sugar1 cup
- Cut the pineapple into cubes
- Place in a pan with a cup of sugar and cook over medium heat until the pineapple is soft and the water has reduced well.
- Place the two boxes of gelatin in the pan and stir until melted over low heat.
- Turn off the fire wait for it to cool
- Put the condensed milk and the two boxes of cream, stir until everything is incorporated.
- Place in a refractory and put in the fridge for 6 hours.
