Pineapple

Descasque e corte o abacaxi em pedaços menores. 

Peel and cut the pineapple into smaller pieces.

Leve-o ao liquidificador e bata bem por 1 minuto.

Put it in a blender and blend well for 1 minute.

Leve o abacaxi à panela e cozinhe em fogo médio (sempre mexendo), até começar a ferver.

Place the pineapple in the pan and cook over medium heat (always stirring) until it starts to boil.

Após o início da fervura, mexa por mais 15 minutos ou até aparecer o fundo da panela. 

After the boil starts, stir for another 15 minutes or until the bottom of the pan appears.

Adicione o coco, espere esfriar e faça bolinhas com as mãos.

Add the coconut, wait for it to cool and make balls with your hands.
