- Warm water1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Peel the pineapples. Remove the core and cut into slices Reserve.
- Beat the egg whites. Reserve.
- Place the yolks in the mixer. Hit it well. Add the sugar, whisking constantly, the warm water and the wheat flour. Beat until well mixed.
- Turn off the mixer. Add the dough to the snow whites and mix gently. Finally, add the yeast.
- Grease a rectangular shape with margarine and sugar and put the pineapple
- Pour the dough, and put it to bake for about 30 to 45 minutes.
