  • Wheat Flour (Dough)2 cup
  • Sugar (Dough)2 tablespoon
  • Margarine (Dough)4 tablespoon
  • Egg (dough)1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk (mousse)1 can(s)
  • Sour cream (mousse)2 can(s)
  • Unflavored gelatin (mousse)1 unit(s)
  • Chocolate powder (mousse)8 tablespoon
  • Whipped cream (to decorate) to taste
  1. For the dough, in a bowl, place the wheat flour, sugar, margarine and egg and mix until it releases from your fingertips.
  2. Open this dough in a round roast and take it to bake until golden.
  3. For the mousse, put condensed milk, milk cream and chocolate powder in a blender. Whisk until everything is well blended, about two minutes.
  4. Melt the colorless gelatin according to the instructions on the package and put it in the blender and beat a little just to mix.
  5. With the dough already baked and cold, put this mousse on top and take it to the fridge until it hardens.
  6. Beat the chatilly and decorate your pie however you like!
