- Butter100 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Sugar2.2/1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour4.1/2 tablespoon
- Add the butter with dulce de leche, melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, it needs to be like a cream
- Add sugar and the egg mix well
- Add the flour and mix again
- Grease PETIT GATEU or pies molds with flour and butter
- Add the cream, take it to the fridge for 30 minutes, bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and it's ready, serve with ice cream
