  1. Melt 180g chopped milk chocolate in a bain-marie
  2. Add - 60g butter - 45g wheat - 2 eggs - 2 gems - 1/4 cup sugar
  3. Grease molds, place the mixture and bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, until the outside is baked.
  4. strawberry syrup Bring to a boil until it thickens: - 1 cx strawberries, cleaned and cut - 5 spoons of sugar
  5. Unmold and serve with 1 scoop of ice cream and strawberry syrup.
