  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate360 g
  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat
  2. Add sugar and beat again
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (or in the microwave) until it becomes liquid.
  4. Add the butter and mix
  5. Add the chocolate to the egg cream without turning off the mixer
  6. Add the flour and stir with a spoon.
  7. Put the dough in greased molds with butter and flour.
  8. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes
  9. unmold
  10. Serve with a scoop of cream ice cream (or whatever flavor you prefer:)
