Butter (No Salt)

Dark chocolate

Whole eggs

Egg Yolks

Refined sugar

Wheat flour

Rum, whiskey or cognac

Cocoa powder

Petit Gateau (Classic)

Em um bowl misturar ovos, gemas e açucar.
Derreter o chocolate com a manteiga em banho maria ou no microondas de 30 em 30 segundos. (Mexer a cada pausa). 
Junte a mistura de ovos com o chocolate derretido até ficar homogêneo. Em seguida peneire a farinha de trigo por cima e misture delicadamente. 
Coloque o rum. 

In a bowl, mix eggs, yolks and sugar.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds. (Stir at each pause).
Mix the egg mixture with the melted chocolate until smooth. Then sift the wheat flour on top and mix gently.
Put the rum.

Unte forminhas de alumínio (para empada) com manteiga e coloque cacau em pó. Tire o excesso e coloque 2/3 da forminha com a mistura que você fez. 

Grease aluminum molds (for patty) with butter and add cocoa powder. Remove the excess and put 2/3 of the mold with the mixture you made.

Asse a 200 graus (em forno pré aquecido) durante 7 minutos. O ponto ideal é quando está firme por fora e com uma calda por dentro. (Conforme na foto). 

Esse prazo de 7 minutos vai depender muito de cada forno. Já fiz em fornos que ficaram prontos em 5 minutos e em outros em 10 minutos. Geralmente eu asso 1 unidade e marco o tempo para saber se nas próximas deixarei mais ou menos tempo. 

Bake at 200 degrees (in preheated oven) for 7 minutes. The ideal point is when it is firm on the outside and with a syrup on the inside. (As in the photo).

This 7 minute period will depend a lot on each oven. I've done it in ovens that were ready in 5 minutes and in others in 10 minutes. Usually I bake 1 unit and time it to know if I will leave more or less time in the next ones.
