- Place the chocolate and butter together in the microwave or bain-marie until melted.
- Beat the eggs, yolks and sugar until foamy.
- Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the egg mixture, add the flour and stir until smooth.
- Grease the molds with butter and cocoa powder, in parallel preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Put the dough in the greased Petit gateu molds and take it to the preheated oven for 8 min, or until the sides of your cupcake are firm and the center is still soft.
- Unmold and serve with powdered sugar on top.
