- Milk chocolate bar150 g
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Gem2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Cream ice cream8 unit(s)
- Chop the chocolate bar and put the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well to help melt and see if necessary for another 30 seconds. Heat it up slowly so it doesn't burn.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, yolks and sugar.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Go sifting the wheat flour on top of the mixture and incorporating it little by little.
- Pour the batter into greased and floured cupcake tins.
- Place in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Don't leave it too long or the inside won't be creamy.
- Unmold hot on a plate and serve with ice cream.
- Decorate with strawberries and syrup of your choice.
