  • Dark chocolate120 g
  • unsalted butter80 g
  • Chicken eggs2 unit(s)
  • Gem2 unit(s)
  • Sugar60 g
  • Wheat flour30 g
  1. Add the butter to the chocolate and melt every 30 seconds in the microwave until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  2. In another bowl, mix the eggs, yolks and sugar, beat a little with a whisk, add the wheat flour and mix a little more.
  3. Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the beaten egg mixture with sugar and wheat flour and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Grease petit gâteau molds with butter, fill 3/4 of the way with the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 7-10 minutes (it will depend on the oven)
  5. Unmold while still hot and serve with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy your food!!!
