Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave and mix well.
Beat the 2 egg yolks, the 2 eggs and the sugar in the mixer until you form a velvety white cream.
Mix the egg cream with the melted chocolate and then add the flour to finish the dough.
Inté with butter and cocoa / flour the Petit Gateau molds, pie form also works well
Fill the forminhas, leave 1 finger below the edge of the form, take it to the oven for approx 8 to 10 minutes with the oven preheated to 210 degrees
