- Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie
- Whisk the eggs and yolks with the sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate and wheat flour, mixing with a spatula.
- Grease some pie tins and put the dough
- In a preheated oven, bake for approximately 10 minutes (high heat) or until the dumplings have risen, but the middle is soft.
- Sprinkle chocolate powder to decorate
