  • Semisweet chocolate (bar or drops)250 g
  • Unsalted butter (margarine).250 g
  • Breadcrumbs for greasing to taste
  1. Combine the eggs, yolks and sugar in a blender. Beat until emulsified.
  2. Add the butter and chocolate to the pan and melt over low heat.
  3. Turn the blender back on and add this chocolate mixture. Add the milk and beat a little more just to mix.
  4. Grease a small mold or pudding mold with butter and breadcrumbs (if you grease it with wheat flour, your petit will turn out white 🙄).
  5. Jessica, I don't have breadcrumbs, put some old bread in the mixer or in the liqui and beat, you'll have breadcrumbs. (But the bread has to be hard).
  6. Pour into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 15 to 18 minutes (keep an eye on it)
  7. The idea is that it stays firm on the sides to be able to support the liquid when unmolding.
  8. Ready, serve with ice cream or any other ice cream of your choice.
  9. When I make it at Remecam I grease it with chocolate powder to make it more aesthetically pleasing, as it won't come out of the mold.

  11. TIP: if you make it in a large pan and have leftovers, you can freeze them as the leftovers can become a new Pétit gateau.
  12. The idea of ​​using it is to take it out of the freezer, let it melt and put it in the blender, gradually adding milk.
  13. Until it becomes creamy again, beat a lot and repeat the baking process, crazy right? It works super well!
