  • Milk400 ml

  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Place the sugar in a pan and place over low heat to melt.
  2. With the sugar completely melted, add the water very carefully.
  3. Let it boil until it thickens again and set aside.
  4. Place the eggs in the blender and beat for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the condensed milk and milk and beat again for another 1 minute.
  6. Carefully caramelize a pudding mold with the syrup ready.
  7. Transfer the mixture from the blender to the caramelized form and cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees in a bain-marie for two hours.
