- Recipe
- Nutella350 g
- Unsalted butter100 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Sugar or xylitol sweetener1/2 cup
- Wheat or almond flour3/4 cup
- Place a pan in a bain-marie and add 200 g of Nutella (reserve the rest)
- Add the melted butter and mix well until smooth
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until frothy.
- Add the sugar and beat the eggs again until it's very pale.
- Add the Nutella with the melted butter and mix well until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour until well incorporated and a homogeneous mass.
- Unite a rectangular shape with little butter and flour or cocoa powder
- Put the dough in the mold and with two tablespoons add the rest of the Nutella in balls.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
- Tip: the ideal point is when the top of the brownie cracks and the middle is creamy
- Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
- Serve then đ
