  • Semisweet (or dark) chocolate170 g
  • Whole eggs2 unit(s)
  • Gems3 unit(s)
  • Hot milk450 ml
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Syrup: sugar1 cup
  • Syrup: water1/2 cup
  1. Put the sugar in a pan until it melts, then add the water until it thickens a little. Place in the molds in conventional ways.
  2. Pour the hot milk into the chocolate and mix well. Add the condensed milk and stir some more.
  3. Beat the eggs, add to the liquid and mix. Pass through a sieve before placing in the mold.
  4. Bake in a bain-marie, with aluminum foil at 150° (low heat) for 1h30min
  5. The toothpick doesn't come out clean, but the pudding stays firm, loosens the side of the mold and finishes firming in the fridge.
