Girl's Finger Pepper4 unit(s)
Water1 cup
Garlic Clove1 unit(s)

Remove the seeds from the peppers
Chop into small pieces
Grate the peeled apple
Transfer all these ingredients to a pan along with the others and bring to a low heat.
Let it reduce until caramelized
Remove from heat and let cool
Remove the cinnamon and you're done.
