- Honey1 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Remove the seeds and stalk from the pear.
- Cut the pear into thin slices and place in a bowl. Add honey and cinnamon.
- Cover the bowl with a plate and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Mix well and return to the microwave for another 2 minutes.
- It can be served hot or cold.
- Tip: It's a great accompaniment to cheese and bruschetta!!!!
