- Roasted Peanuts1 cup
- Condensed milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- In the blender, beat the milk, peanuts and condensed milk, and book.
- Take the sugar to caramelize over low heat, add the cinnamon and the blender mixture, let it boil until it thickens.
- Serve while still hot. This tea is traditional at the June parties of Minas Gerais, in addition to delicious it warms up the chill!
