Peanut pie with dulce de leche and chocolate ganache

Tritute o biscoito no liquidificador ou em um processador, junte com a margarina ou manteiga sem sal, abra a massa em uma forma de fundo falso e leve ao forno até dourar, reserve.

Grind the biscuit in a blender or in a food processor, add it to the margarine or unsalted butter, open the dough in a false bottom shape and bake until golden, set aside.

Quando a massa estiver pronta, jogue o doce de leite e depois o amendoim,reserve.

When the dough is ready, throw the dulce de leche and then the peanuts, set aside.

Derreta o chocolate em microondas ou em banho Maria, microondas 30 segundos, em banho Maria até derreter, em seguida em acrescente o creme de leite fresco, pode ser de caixinha também. 

Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a bain marie, microwave for 30 seconds, in a bain marie until melted, then add the fresh cream, it can be in a box too.

Coloque a ganache em cima do Doce de leite e o amendoim espalhando bem, decore com chocolate em pó ou cacau em pó em seguida acrescente o amendoim pra decorar,  leve a geladeira por 1h pra endurecer a ganache.

Place the ganache on top of the Dulce de leche and the peanuts spreading well, decorate with chocolate powder or cocoa powder then add the peanuts to decorate, refrigerate for 1 hour to harden the ganache.
