Milk500 ml
Corn starch1 tablespoon
Sugar1/2 cup
Peanut Butter1 cup
Fresh cream to taste
Crushed cookie of your choice, I used cookies to taste

In a pan add the milk, cornstarch, sugar and peanut butter.
Cook over medium heat until it forms a kind of porridge and set aside.
For assembly, crush your cookie and line the bottom of a bowl and then add the peanut cream.
To finish, I beat fresh cream until I got the whipped cream point and put it on top of the peanut cream.
I also finished with paçoquinha, it is delicious
The recipe yields four glasses but you can also make it in a serving dish.
