- grated coconut | 1 unit(s)
- Sugar | 1 kg
- Coconut Milk | 1 l
- Peanut | 2 cup
- Margarine | 2 tablespoon
Recipe
- Toast the peanuts, remove the shell and set aside.
- Bring the grated coconut, sugar, marharine and coconut milk to a boil. Let it cook until the cocada point. Add the peanuts and let it boil. Remove from heat and place on a surface greased with margarine.
- Once cool, cut the coconuts and put them in jars with a lid.
