- Smooth Peanut Butter100 g
- Rice (or wheat) flour75 g
- Cane molasses (or honey)2 tablespoon
- Do you like chocolate? to taste
- Mix the peanut butter, molasses and flour until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Make balls with the dough, open, put chocolate drops inside and close. Flatten it a little bit into the shape of a cookie. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven (200°) for 15 minutes. Let it cool down for 30 minutes and it's done! Enjoy!
