- Peanut flour (you can make it at home by mixing the peanuts in a blender until you get the consistency of flour)1 cup
- Oat flour1 cup
- Honey3 tablespoon
- Peanut flour for garnish1 cup
- Mix all the ingredients and knead well, if it gets too dry add a little more honey
- Shape into balls and roll in peanut flour
- Place in brigadeiro molds to serve. Tip: It's a great option for June parties
