  • Refined sugar3 tablespoon
  • Peach4 unit(s)
  • Nuts1/4 cup
  • Sigh15 unit(s)
  • Peach, meringue and walnuts for garnish to taste
  1. Start by beating the cream and sugar in a mixer until it turns into whipped cream. Once incorporated into the whipped cream texture, stop beating, otherwise it will turn into butter.
  2. Peel and cut the peach into cubes, and also cut the walnuts into small pieces. Mix the whipped cream, walnuts and peach well. Place the mixture sighs, breaking up with your hands. Stir well again.
  3. Distribute in individual pots or in a medium refractory. Garnish with peach slices, walnuts and whole meringue. Store in the fridge.
  4. PS: because it is a recipe with fruits, it must be made on the day of serving, or the day before.
