- Emulsifier for ice cream1 tablespoon
- Milk powder3 tablespoon
- In the mixer, beat the condensed milk, cream, powdered milk and the emulsifier for 10 minutes. It will triple in volume! After, place half of the cream on a platter, place the chopped peaches and cover with the other half of the cream. Sprinkle with powdered milk. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
