  • Corn Starch3 tablespoon
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Gems3 unit(s)
  • Whole milk500 ml
  • Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Chocotone300 g
  • Semisweet Chocolate200 g
  1. Preparation of the pastry cream: bring the cornstarch, condensed milk, egg yolks and milk to a medium heat. Always move until you get consistency. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla essence and 200g of the cream. Mix well and reserve
  2. Assembly: in a glass refractory place a layer of the cream and a layer of the chocotone cut into slices. Keep interspersing until the last layer of cream is close to the edge of the container.
  3. Ganache: melt the chocolate and add 200g of cream, mix well until smooth. Add the ganache above the last layer of cream
  4. For decoration I used white chocolate. But you can use whatever you like. Suggestion: peanuts, almonds, strawberries, cherries, chocolate drops
