- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Fresh cream1 can(s)
- Dark chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Strawberry Tray2 unit(s)
- Cornstarch Pack1 unit(s)
- Wash the strawberries well, chop as you prefer and set aside.
- In a pressure cooker, cook the can of condensed milk for 15 minutes, remove from the pan and refrigerate.
- In a bain-marie or microwave, melt the chocolate, after melting mix it with 1 cream and set aside.
- In a mixer, add the fresh cream with the sugar and beat until it turns into whipped cream. Be careful not to overcook and turn into butter.
- In a bowl mix the condensed milk with 1 cream until this cream is very homogeneous and set aside.
- Mounting: In a refractory first add the white cream, on top add a layer of biscuit. Now add the chopped strawberries and on top the chocolate cream and Finish adding the whipped cream. If you prefer, save some whole strawberries to decorate on top. Take it to the fridge, wait for it to freeze and serve!
