Pave Peach

1. Dissolva a maisena no leite, e acrescente os demais ingredientes (exceto o creme de leite) leve para engrossar em fogo médio.

2. Quando engrossar, desligue o fogo e adicione o creme de leite e mexa bem.

3. Para montar: usei 2 pacotes de biscoito de maisena, molhei rapidamente na calda de pêssego e fui fazendo as camadas (uma de biscoito, creme e pêssego picado e terminei uma camada de creme).

4. Finalizei com leite em pó e decorei com pêssego que deixei reservado.

1. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, and add the other ingredients (except the cream) and bring to a boil over medium heat.

2. When it thickens, turn off the heat and add the cream and stir well.

3. To assemble: I used 2 packages of cornstarch biscuits, dipped them quickly in the peach syrup and made the layers (one of biscuit, cream and chopped peach and I finished a layer of cream).

4. I finished with powdered milk and decorated with peach that I left aside.
