- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Gems3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 dessert spoon
- Pineapple cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Cornstarch Biscuit to taste
- Take the sugar with the pineapple and put it in a pan on low heat and let it boil for 5 minutes, mixing. Reserve.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, yolks, milk, butter and cornstarch. Mix everything on low heat until it forms a cream.
- Take a platter and assemble the pavé according to your preference. Using the cornstarch biscuit, caramelized pineapple and cream.
- Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes and serve.
