Sour cream1 can(s)
Milk1 cup
Gems3 unit(s)
Butter2 tablespoon
Corn starch1 dessert spoon
Pineapple cut into cubes1 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Cornstarch Biscuit to taste

Take the sugar with the pineapple and put it in a pan on low heat and let it boil for 5 minutes, mixing. Reserve.
In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, yolks, milk, butter and cornstarch. Mix everything on low heat until it forms a cream.
Take a platter and assemble the pavé according to your preference. Using the cornstarch biscuit, caramelized pineapple and cream.
Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes and serve.
