  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Milk1 l
  • Corn starch3 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Water (meringue)60 ml
  • Sugar (meringue)140 g
  • Maizena Biscuit2 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, place the pineapple, water and sugar over medium heat for 30 minutes. After this time, drain the pineapple and reserve the sweet broth.
  2. Then in a pan add the condensed milk, the cream, the yolk, the milk and the corn starch. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it boils and let it cool. Once cool, add the pineapple to the cream.
  3. For assembly, alternate layers of cookies and cream, the cookies wet with the syrup of the candy that was reserved.
  4. Finally, make the meringue which is totally optional, I made it only with the whites left over from the eggs. Put the sugar and water until we get a fine caramel, as soon as you put the caramel pan on the fire, start beating the whites, when the caramel is fine add it to the bowl with egg whites and continue beating in the mixer until they are very firm.
  5. Then decorate over the pavé as you wish and place a few pieces of the Acabacaxi candy. Place in the fridge for 4 hours and then serve. It is a real delight!
