- liquid milk750 ml
- Condensed milk400 ml
- Sour cream200 ml
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Paçoca150 g
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Maizena Biscuit250 g
- Peanut Butter Cream. In off fire, dissolve 1 tablespoon of corn starch in 300 ml of liquid milk.
- Turn on the fire and add 200 ml of condensed milk, 100 ml of cream, 140 g of paçoca, cook until the point of porridge and set aside.
- Cream chocolate. In off fire, dissolve 1 tablespoon of corn starch in 300 ml of liquid milk.
- Turn on the fire and add 100g of cream, 200g of condensed milk, 5 tablespoons of powdered chocolate and cook until it becomes porridge. Reserve
- Put a teaspoon of vanilla essence in 150 ml of liquid milk to wet the cookies.
- Mounting. Place the first layer of biscuit wet with milk and then a layer of paçoca cream, then another layer of biscuit wet with milk, then another layer of chocolate cream and so on, and finish with a layer of cream.
- Use 10g of paçoca to break up and decorate the last layer, sprinkled on top. Put it in the fridge for 3 hours and it's ready.
