- 1 box of condensed milk 1 box of heavy cream milk 300 ml of milk 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 2 egg yolks 1 Pack of Negresco or oreo cookies140 g
- Start by diluting the cornstarch in the milk. Put this mixture in a pan and all the other ingredients together (except the biscuit). Place over medium heat, stirring well until it forms a smooth cream. (Let cool)
- You can make it in a refractory, bowls or wherever you prefer. 🌲 Cut your cookie roughly. Make layers of biscuit and intersperse with layers of white cream. Finish with biscuit. 🌲 Place in the fridge covered with plastic wrap and let it cool.
